then i can't remember the rest... thanks amelia!
today was great. picked up lunch and went to my paternal grandparents' house for their anniversary lunch with aunts, uncles and cousins. rather fun talking and catching up since we don't meet up as often as before. like we used to eat together on sunday nights, but now it's only for special occasions. damn sad.
around 2.30 left their place alone and took bus down to cathay. one hour bus ride + mrt ride from changi... wah sei. thank god i brought the book ryan lent me. at least something to make the time past faster.
planned to reach there before 4 and meet up with alvina, syamir, amelia, desiree and nick, then watch sherlock holmes. but ARGH!!! THEY BOUGHT ALVIN TICKETS INSTEAD!!! apparently alvina and desiree wanted to watch chipmunks, and only amelia was for sherlock... so ARGH! ben and jerry's and talked for an hour till the movie at 5... great to catch up with syamir. wish more SHR people came... it was more of a athenarts + one SHR meet up lar... damn sad.
the movie was... sorta irritating. a little funny. but not worth the 10 bucks... damn it. anyway, syamir went to lan after that, so the rest of us went to mrt to serangoon. nick left at serangoon mrt, then alvina, amelia, desiree and me went to kovan and took bus to serangoon garden circus. ate macs for dinner, then just hanged around there till 9+. planned to go to amelia's place, but she didn't bring her keys out... so wanted to go to desiree's place, but there were people there. then wanted to go to playground, but desiree was waiting for her bf... so we decided to wait for him to come and help us get some vodka from 7-11. but... he kinda ditched her, and after half an hour, we left her waiting and went to amelia's place(since her family was already home). supposed to have some vodka there, but apparently it ran out, so we just talked till alvina's parents gave me a lift to amk hub.
sorry alvina. your first drink will have to wait. i'll treat you your first time okay?
